Thank you for your interest in renting with Double I Property Management. We offer well-maintained duplex homes and strive to provide a comfortable and reliable living experience.
Submit an Application
Complete the rental application form. You must attach the following:
- Completed Application
- Valid Photo ID
- Bank Statements (Last 2 Months)
*A $50 application screening fee is required to process your application. Once submitted, you will receive an email with payment instructions.
Application Review
Applications will be reviewed based on factors such as rental history, income verification, and overall ability to meet lease requirements.
Approval & Lease
If approved, applicants will be contacted to review and sign the lease agreement and schedule move-in details.
Basic Rental Guidelines
On-Time Rent Payment
Rent must be paid on time according to the terms outlined in your lease agreement.
Property Maintenance
Tenants are responsible for keeping the unit clean and well maintained throughout their tenancy.
Occupancy Limits
Occupancy is limited to the individuals listed on the lease agreement.
Follow Lease Terms
Tenants must follow all property rules and guidelines outlined in the lease agreement.
Rental Criteria
To help ensure a responsible and respectful community, all applicants must meet the following general criteria.
Income Requirements
Verifiable monthly income of at least 2.5–3× the monthly rent. Proof may include recent pay stubs, employment verification, or other documentation.
Rental History
Positive rental history including timely rent payments and proper care of previous properties.
Background Screening
Applicants may be subject to background and screening checks as permitted by law.
Occupancy & Age
Limited to individuals listed on the lease. All residents 18+ must complete an application.
Complete Application
All fields must be completed. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Respectful Community
All residents are expected to maintain a respectful and peaceful living environment.
